Workshop: Surface design
with clay casein

On 15 and 16 May, we once again had the pleasure of organizing a practical workshop on surface design with clay casein. For two days, craftspeople with different specializations deepened their knowledge of this natural, robust and elegant design material.
Under the expert guidance of experienced craftsmen David Ledetzky and Horst Konzett, the participants became active designers of the construction process and filled walls and floors in the new office building – from preparing the substrate and jointing work to finishing the filled surfaces with oil and wax.
In addition to practical exercises and valuable theoretical impulses, the participants received a sample box with 15 color sample panels and a course certificate. They were added to the list of processing companies and receive a 40% discount on officially recommended retail prices.
An inspiring workshop came to an end with great commitment, precision craftsmanship and creative ideas. It impressively demonstrated how versatile and sustainable clay casein can be used as a design material – directly in real building projects.
We are already looking forward to the next workshop!
