The study shows a cross-shaped floor plan divided into four flexibly usable areas. Building houses together instead of many individual houses lowers costs, promotes cooperation and reduces outdoor areas that are susceptible to the weather – an approach that provides impetus for future developments.

We still have a lot to learn
